As we approach the end summer, I’ve found I’ve wound down just a little too much, and need a big kick up the backside to get going and really accomplish something in the last quarter of this year.
So this week I set up two weekly personal coaching meetings on Mondays and Fridays to declare what I’m up for, and be held accountable for regular actions aligned with that declaration. This gets me ‘locked in’, out of my head and into action.
How are you doing? Do you have a clear priority for your next 3 months that you’d like to declare, and be held accountable for?
It works. I’ve embedded this exercise ever 3 months for the last 10 years.
And with a big 10-Year celebration event in Newquay to get organised for the end of September, my arse has been kicked.
