I love this simple mindset hack.
It’s a version of being a glass half full as opposed to a glass half empty person.
Sometimes when we’re in a downward spiral our thoughts, language and energy get invested into negativity, which rarely makes a helpful contribution.
You’re either pregnant or not. You can’t be positive and negative at the same time.
So by default, the more we focus on what’s positive, strengths, or going well – without ignoring what needs doing – the less negative we are.
The trick is to notice and catch yourself – interrupt any negativity – and build that positivity mindset muscle, which often produces better outcomes.
