What’s there are the things you’ve said Yes to (and yes, you do have a choice – sometimes we forget we can say No).
If you’re clear on what’s most important to you, then it’s a quick integrity check how life is going.
I use 3 priority values – Health, Growth, and Nature – and it’s easy to see if there’s a mismatch
Health; Are my 3 gym workouts booked in? Where will my 7-8 hours sleep be compromised? Where will I be relying on fast food?
Growth; What’s going to have me or others develop this week?
Nature; Where are the opportunities to get outside?
Guess what. If we don’t take control of our diaries, others will. And our diaries will be aligned with what’s important to other people.
And we wake up thinking, how did this happen?
