…only one, but the light bulb has to want to change.
As we go into the festive break many people use the end of year to reflect on what I could, or should, be doing better next year.
Before you dive into a New Year’s resolution that’s gone flat by the end of January, use the carpenter analogy; measure twice, cut once.
Consider what’s most important to you in 2025. For example, health, family, growth, finance, or balance.
Be clear about the objective in that area.
And then have a structure that’s going to support the desired outcome beyond the end of January.
Your environment shapes your behaviours – when you have unhealthy food around you over Christmas and the New Year, you’re probably going to be less healthy.
If you have PHYSICAL reminders in your environment – charts on the fridge or on the work place wall, a coach, or an accountability buddy to report into on a regular basis, you’re more likely to get what’s important to you.
What are you up for in 2025?
1st January I start writing my book, Life by Design, and I will be reporting into my book coach throughout the year – the first meeting 2nd January.
Please share your thoughts, or what you are up to with me here.
When you make it public you raise the stakes!
