Making the most of when ‘business as usual’ is interrupted
The current lockdown is bringing significant challenges for most people.
And it’s also an opportunity to stop, breathe, and create time for new ideas, or doing ‘stuff I’ve been meaning to do’ for months, or even years.
This could be creating new good personal habits or routines.
Designing streamlined ways for business processes – ‘our manual’ – from initial enquiry to after sales.
Improving our web site.
Or work I’ve been waiting for a ‘good time’ to do on premises.
To help you (and me) keep sane, and with a sense of purpose for when we emerge from this ‘pause’, I’ve collected some proven and longstanding tips from experts and authorities covering different aspects of business life.
I will share with you one every week (I have plenty to keep us going!).
And hopefully one or more of these will stimulate a great idea for yourself, or at least a new way of thinking about your business life.
I’ll start with some great ideas for reading, a book review you probably missed in the last edition of Torbay’s Quay Magazine, as the distribution of this was disrupted by the lock down.
If you would like to have a flick through this great little publication, to see if it creates any stimulus for you, here’s the link to the on-line version (it takes a few moments to load);

As we commence the second quarter of 2020, I will be creating simple plans for existing and new clients for the next 3 months – something which is inspiring for them to focus on short term.
Whilst keeping a bigger perspective that pulls them into positive long term futures.
Please contact me if you would like to create a plan for yourself, without a fee or commitment.
